● Candidates who are “appearing” for their final exams are not eligible. ● These qualifications do not add any extra marks. Instead, they are used as a tie-breaker if two or more candidates have the same score, giving one candidate a higher rank. ● The preferential qualifications are: ● A “O” Level certificate in computers from DOEACC/NIELIT. ● A minimum of two years of service in the Territorial Army. ●A “B” certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC). |
